Exceptional 10.0
Overall, a great experience. I stayed in the Mimi Mini which is as Mini as you'd think it would be. The bed is a solidly large bed which is super helpful despite a small room. It would have been good to have a door stopper to keep the bathroom door open but other than that no complaints on my room. It was always kept clean and tidy. wiFI was VERY good - never had an issue with streaming or connecting. Front desk staff are great - couple of strange run ins with bar staff (including one where I was prevented from playing GoFish with a colleague while we waited for our dinner reservation down the street) that were less than ideal but not enough to put me off of this hotel. The area is good but it is DEFINITELY the party area - Monday - Wednesday there isn't a lot of noise past 11pm but Thursday - Saturday there is. I was lucky to be on the 3rd floor but I still had to sleep with headphones and earplugs. It's also super close to the Tottenham Court Road station which is very central for the Tube. Very close to a couple of key bus stops for touristy areas which was crucial. Also next door to neighborhood Covent Garden which has some incredible food (Wildwood is some of the best Italian style pizza I've ever had.) Overall, a great experience!

Fui roubada dentro do hotel
For God's sake do not stay at this hotel, I was going to stay in Paris for 5 days. After my first day of sightseeing, I returned to the hotel where I left my money locked in my suitcase and it simply disappeared. I was stolen inside the hotel. Note: I took the room card with me and said that I did not need to clean, even though they entered my room and robbed me. The hotel did not ask nor excuse me, it's a mafia. They rob you in the face of a stick, anyway, they ended my trip. I do not know how a site like this offers this kind of service to users, my experience with you was horrible, never again. Pelo amor de Deus não se hospedem nesse hotel, ia ficar em Paris 5 dias. Após o meu primeiro dia de passeio, voltei para o hotel onde deixei meu dinheiro trancado na minha mala e ele simplesmente sumiu. Fui roubada dentro do hotel.

Disappointed - Cosy Room an understatement
This hotel was amazing the last time I stayed here hence back booking it for my partners birthday. This time however I won’t be staying again in a hurry. The room booked was a cosy room with no window or wardrobe which was fine for 1 night although was costly at £250 for the night excluding breakfast. Cosy was an understatement. The room was approx 8ft by 4ft with a queen size bed which gave a walkway from the door to the bathroom of about 4ft by 1ft and the bathroom was about 4ft by 4ft wife. The room was positioned in the basement of the hotel. There were no bathroom accessories (shampoo, hand wash etc) in the room but there was space to lie 1 suitcase under the edge of the bed, that’s if you didn’t mind placing it right next to the roach catcher that was under there. All in all a great 24 hours in Soho as always but this was dampened by the hotel room and I would advise, at the price I paid, you can get a much better room elsewhere for the price. Couldn’t fault the friendly staff or cleanliness of the hotel but the room ruined our stay this time around.

Good hotel
The hotel is equipped to a very high standard with Molton Brown supplies and good quality bedding/towels. Shower superb. However, the room we booked was exceptionally small with no floor space at all. It really wasn't suitable for 2 people as the open floor space was approx. 5 ft by 3 ft! On looking at it now it is classified as "Design Double Room, single use" so a little confused as to how 2 people could be booked into it. There was a very small bench seat behind the door and you had to climb into the bed as it was fitted around the bathroom. It really was unique but I would not want to stay more than 1 night in such a small space. As expected no kettle in room but although 2 booked into the room, 1 voucher left for a free coffee. Went to get a coffee at 10pm from the bar but was advised that the machine had been turned off and cleaned. Reception staff extremely helpful as was the gentleman working in the bar in the morning. The barman was not so polite/helpful in the evening. Overall loved the hotel but needed a bigger room - do not book these rooms for 2 people if you are staying more than one night :)

Exceptional 10.0
This hotel was perfect for what I needed: a bed for the night near the Palladium, with a shower, TV, and a couple of sockets for charging various things. And that is what it is--literally. So, if you're expecting anything else, including space to walk around the bed, look elsewhere now. I booked a tiny room without window, and was upgraded to a room with a window (bonus: the window actually opened!). The double bed is in an alcove, with a shelf/ledge at the foot for keeping bags, etc off the floor. There's a couple of coat hooks with hangers, a nightstand, and wall-mounted telly. The ensuite is a tight fit, but serves it's purpose fine, complete with nice soaps/lotions to use. The furnishings, although confined to a small space, are quality: good sized TV, comfy bed, plenty of light, and a really good shower. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very pleasant to deal with from the start. There's also an on-site bar that seemed quite cosy (I didn't personally use it, but there always seemed to be people there). The location is a big selling point--the walk down from Euston Station was about 20-30mins, and once there, I was within walking distance of my destination--eliminating the need for tube tickets. If you do need to leave the area, there are several subway stations within a few minutes walk. Word to the wise: You are in Soho, and it's noisy at night--bring earplugs! For an overnight in London, it's a nice place to stay.
