Interesting property, quite expensive for a B&B (£135 with continental breakfast). Nice touches in the lounge/reception area. Everything worked fine. Great location on the Norfolk Coast Path right on the harbourside.

Lovely B&B
Lovely place to stay. The owner was pleasant and delighted to chat with and ask about places to visit. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good and plenty to eat for a continental breakfast.

4/10 Fair

Main thing was the location. Owner her self was nice just a shame about the shower wet room, toilet paper would get drenched, couldn't walk back in the bathroom without feet being in a puddle and mold on the ceiling. Bed and pillows where very uncomfortable.

Perfect location, couldn't be more central, and a short drive to the main beach along the road. Parking an issue opposite as machines wouldn't take cards, and all day is actually from whenever you put your money in to mignight, taking a risk that if you don't go out again and pay another large amount you'll get a fine. Free street parking possible. Self check in worked just fine, but be advised that the rooms are accessed via a steep staircase. They are nice rooms, ours was double aspect BUT the bathroom was a let down, perfectly functional and clean but with black damp/mould all over the ceiling, as plainly the extractor is not enough. Continental breakfast was wide ranging and filling, and the two staff we had funny, chatty and very good. For an overnight or two this place is great, considering you can pay thousands a week for holiday lets in this oft travelled to location. Sort the bathroom and the place is a great choice to visit WntS
