Very dated but for a lads weekend in Blackpool it did its job perfectly.
Location is excellent, staff as well but the room was filled with old and damaged…

A lovely stay and would recommend it
Excellent highly recommend
Good location and price for a one night stay.
Receptionists very pleasant and friendly on arrival and we were allowed to check in and go straight into our room early. The room was basic but had all that was required. everything seemed clean but there was a strange smell which seemed to get worse once we’d been out and about. We discussed it with the duty manager who was very obliging and resolved the problem straight away by moving us to a different room. She was lovely. Entertainment room and bar was really good and we really enjoyed the act we saw! And the bingo! The long tables in there could be a pain when only couples are attending. We didn’t have food so couldn’t comment. Blackpool was quiet at this time of year but the room was nice and quiet too and we slept well. Really good central location for all the activities. No parking available but this is quite the norm for Blackpool and there is plenty of off street parking! Would love to stay again x
Great hotel will be back soon.
Great hotel fantastic stuff in a great location
When we first went to our room my wife was disappointed that she had to hire a hairdryer from reception and the ironing room was tiny and so was the lift to our room ,my wife and I had to squeeze together just so the lift doors would shut. Someone had let themselves into our room with a pas card ,it was a good job we were inthe room at the time and i chased after them but all i could see was a cleaner and i asked her if she's just been in our room and she said no, so we went to reception. Me , my wife and at least a few other customers weren't happy because after the caberet in the evening there was meant to be a disco and a karaoke afterwards and there was nothing at all and we had to go to our rooms. Also certain times through out the evening the main bar would be closed forcing customers to walk upstairs to the entertainment lounge to buy drinks and some guests had problems walking. My matress was very uncomfortable and the springs at the side had gone causing me to nearly fall out of bed sometimes. My wife went to the reception to ask if we could have another room as there was a lot of noise coming from some kind of vent and that we got next to no sleep because it had been on all night, the young girl at reception apologised and said it had been left on by mistake and we shouldn't have anymore problems but the vent would get turned on before 7 every morning and whilst we were there the bed linen didn't get changed once although we had stayed for four nights
Yes it was a nice place to stay right on the front. Rooms were good with tv. Standard
Great hotel..great friendly staff..great entertainment. Food is good & good bar prices..Location brilliant..what more could you want?
I was in room 418 which was filthy full of bugs and dirty I complained to reception numerous times about live and dead flies, mosquitoes and large moths in my room and they did nothing I asked to be moved to another room and they said they were full and if I left it was my choice but I would not get a refund As you can see from the pics the room was not clean and all they do is say it's all my fault as the windows were open. The windows were not open as I had a fan plugged in all the time as I kept getting bitten. The bugs were coming from the unclean light fitting and ceiling tiles. After being bitten numerous times I ended up having a few hours sleep on the hotel sofa I put a review on trip advisor and they have accused me of being intoxicated and abusive to staff which is an outright lie I have written to Blackpool Council environmental health asking for them to visit and look into this The staff and management at this hotel are rude and unhelpful and even though it's their fault will not refund customers they should all be sacked
