I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived and enjoyed the pizza and a glass of red wine on the Penthouse level. It had a lovely view of Sydney Airport's crazy traffic and the pizza was delicious. The lady that served me had amazing customer service. Easy check in, comfortable bed and good level of darkness in the room. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage so that I could collect it before my outbound flight. Easy walk from both the domestic terminal and Mascot Station. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room was lovely and spacious plus very clean. I had left something behind and they rang me very quickly to let me know. Ben , on reception, was extremely helpful. Was an easy 10 minute flat walk to T2. Will definitely stay again for easy access to long term Parking and the airport. Was also a very reasonable price compared to a lot of the other airport hotels.

Bathroom had hairs around the plug holes and a bit of dirt around the wash basin tap. However the staff were polite and helpful at all times. The check-in was a pleasant experience. The penthouse outlook is magnificent looking over the airport with planes landing and taking off. Or on the veranda lounge looking over Sydney in the sunshine. The breakfasts available were yummy. Did not use parking. Staff helped with nearby bus stops.
