The hotel advertised 24-hour reception, but upon arrival we found the exterior door ajar, an alarm sounding, and no one at the front desk. We waited ten minutes before leaving and returning later. We were never informed about the exterior check-in button until the day before departure. When we returned, a staff member kindly accommodated an early check-in, which we appreciated. Room 305 was extremely overheated upon entry, and a mildew odor persisted for two days. We purchased a deodorizer to manage it. The odor resolved after the bedding was changed on day three. The floor under the beds was visibly dirty with debris from prior guests. The bathroom was pleasant and consistently well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The street view was the best feature of the room, which was noticeably smaller than the photos suggested. The day before departure, an incorrect check-out date in the system locked us out of our room. A staff member arrived within ten minutes of using the exterior button. The neighborhood felt very safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking in the adjacent underground garage was affordable and convenient. Overall, the location is a strength, but clearer guest communication and better room preparation would significantly improve the experience.
