Old-style glamour
Two one-night stays here now and both rooms have been exceptional for the price - spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside area has had a bit of a redesign since we were last here and now includes several nice garden sitting areas. The automated system for check-in and out works well - our request for breakfast in the garden rather than our room went astray but was quickly rectified.

A very satisfying and excellent stay.
The hotel suite was absolutely charming, loads of space and very charming lounge. Bed was comfortable. The personalised service at breakfast was excellent. Private, free parking was also a bonus. Will stay again next time in Troyes.

Disappointing
We were lucky to arrive when the host was there. He disappeared for the rest of the day. Everything was locked up. No lounge or sitting room. We wanted a cork screw but nothing. The room was tired. Needed TLC. Wall covering peeling.
