Not helpful staff
We booked a twin room and the room was quite small - two beds were literally stuck to each other and there was not enough room for 1 medium size and one small size suit cases. When we tried to get help from the front desk, one of the staff was not being helpful and told us our only choice was to cancel the room and move hotel - not impressed with service like this! Otherwise the hotel was nice, good convenient location.

Comfortable, Modern and Convenient
Comfortable 3 nights stay in Ginza, central part of Tokyo in a relatively new hotel. Good transport links and close to the river ferry (10 minutes walk) which is a great way to see the Tokyo skyline. Main Tokyo Station taxi to Hotel was ¥900. Breakfast was convenient but not exceptional so eating out might suit you. Room was small but comfortable and well stocked. Two supermarkets on the corners outside the hotel were convenient for drinks and food. Taxis were easy to find outside the hotel and usually between £6-£12 fare to major sites of interest so not bad. If you only have one day - Visit the old fish market area - it's buzzing. Metro was also convenient 8 minutes walk away but can be busy and not always close to the site, so orientation can be difficult in such a huge city.
