The building is well maintained and renovated, my only issue really was the food quality. Food quality in their main restaurant was not the best, breakfast options are limited / the quality is poor. The staff was very friendly. We have stayed in other 5* hotels like Fairmont Dubai and compared to these hotel this hotel should be a 2-(3)* hotel. The room was clean but several things were not working in the room. The food in the Fish Restaurant was from good to to very bad. One dish was send out. It's clearly a hotel that focus on quantity of guests and not quality

My analysis of this hotel is on the basis of it claiming 5 star status. The hotel was decent, but not 5 star resort. It is a 3.5, possibly 4 star at best. The staff was helpful and friendly. It seemed to be wonderful for families with children. Breakfast was fine and so was the dinner buffet. I think the resort could do with an update or refresh, especially with competition like The Address and Inter Continental close. The beach and water access area is very small. The vacationers upstairs kept rolling their chair across the floor. There is a makeup mirror in the office desk but their is no light to do make up. Patio lounge chairs did not have cushions, nor were they in the closets. Curtains had food stains. The Hotel is fair but lacked the fully attention to detail or luxury amenities to be considered 5 stars.

Pros: Check in and check out was super fast. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The hotel is well maintained and in a good location. Improvements 1. Basement Self Parking: Not enough parking spaces for basement self parking. You need more covered spaces for car parking. It was difficult to find a spot for self parking in the basement. 2. Adults Pool: I was expecting a bigger adults pool. It’s only 1.30m deep. Not big enough for a good swim. 3. Breakfast at Casa: I ordered a latte a few times and didn’t get it. You need more staff at Casa during breakfast. It gets really crowded in the morning and it’s a bit chaotic.

Второе что сильно возмутило это то что Персонал может подойти во время Вашей трапезы и прервать её, не нужной информацией. При каждом заказе напитка персонал напоминает что это все платное. Счет принесли во время трапезы и попросили оплатить. Короче по ощущениям склажилось впечатление что гостиницу кидали много раз и потому они такие назойливые. Ну в целом гостиница уже не первой свежести.

Dirty Hotel & Terrible Experience

The hotel was very dirty and very poorly maintained. The adult pool looks terrible in a poor condition nothing compared to the website. Our bedroom windows and floor were not clean. The main corridors were dirty as well (food leftover, dirty tissue, dirty cotton buds in front of our bedroom entrance). The view from our hotel was facing the sea but also the unfinished construction of the residence next to the hotel. Overall experience was very bad and not matching the luxury resort feel expected.

Pathetic service

There's no valet parking. Lockers near the pool didn't work. Beach was closed. There was no bubble bath arrangement even after asking. Breakfast included in the package was denied: As per the hotel, the information they received from the booking agent is room without breakfast. Even after we showed the confirmation e-mail from hotels.com that our room is with breakfast, they denied the breakfast to us saying that the guests need to resolve this matter with the agent. Hotel cannot provide the breakfast.
