Good quaint hotel
Doesn’t look like much from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised inside. Slight mark down as the parking was 2 blocks away and I wasn’t told this when I called in advance of making the booking on h.com to check if there was parking. A little awkward to get to as I had to park on the pavement outside the hotel and go in to find out where the parking was and to get a permit. Then had to drive a loop around one way streets to get to the car park. On the plus side was that the car space was just inside the manned barrier and 2 blocks isn’t far on a busy street so felt safe. Would return only if the hotel was a good deal again as parking is extra on top.

NOT as promised
NO Airport shuttle; they arranged a taxi we had to pay with cash. Of course we arrived from the airport without cash. The made us go to a cash machine a few blocks away in the middle of the night! NO Laundry service; Reception told us to go to a Laundry shop somewhere in the street. It was closed most mart of the weekend! NO King size bed; 2 matrasses pushed together. Breakfast until 10:00 in the weekend. Roof Terrace was great! (thanx Carlos!)

Another great hotel in South America
Lovely hotel - everyone so helpful. Hand several drinks in the restaurant on the sky terrace - gorgeous. Also tried one of their lunch time menus - great value. Would definitely recommend.

For wine lovers.
Small but beautifully appointed hotel in a central location. Excellent and friendly staff may your stay a pleasure. The most important fact for me, its exactly as promised, they deliver what's advertised, to a high standard.

The hotel is a nice small boutique in a very good location perfect central to everything in Santiago.Upon arrival the staff are very friendly all of them specially front desk the only problem is it has no gym which it said on website and free water.Another think is the noise from the bar very noisy at times cause our room was on top floor.I would definite stay again for the location and the staff are so amazing which makes this hotel specially Jese Rodriguez at front desk he is credit to your hotel give him a pay rise lol

Boutique hotel in bustling Santiago
A small hotel in a lovely old building, Sommelier Boutique is a short walk away from the historic center, several good musuems, a beautiful city park, and many restaurants. Each floor of the hotel was named after a type of wine, and each stair landing had a beautiful Art Nouveau portrait with the name of the wine. Considering how few guests there were, we thought the breakfast had a nice variety. The breakfast room doubles as a restaurant, and it's filled with quirky antiques. The restaurant was good and the portions were generous. The hotel has a second "restaurant", a rooftop bar. It's a popular place, attracting lots if (mostly young) people who weren't hotel guests. Unfortunately, the view is blocked by taller buildings, it's difficult to converse over the loud DJ, and service was extremely slow. The other negative is that the area rugs in the room were old and dirty. We rolled them up and stashed them under the bed, and suggested that the hotel replace, or at least clean, them.

Perfect stay
Great stay despite Coronavirus outbreak and panic. We stayed one night and it was lovely. Breakfast was delivered to our room because the restaurant was shut down. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Stay short but sweet
The hotel was small and intimate with attention to every detail. The staff on the desk were so helpful and sincere, especially Juan and Raul whose English was very good, and helped us deal with getting us back home after our cruise was cancelled. The building itself is older and the rooms smaller like you would expect in Europe but they have been updated to include many features only found in 5star hotels. Breakfast was pleasant and quiet ambience. Would definitely book again.

Wine theme through out
reasonably priced slightly upscale hotel. Takes the Sommelier theme to a whole new level. Each floor named for type of wine furnishings are wine themed. In room mini bar has 3 full sized bottles of Chilean wine, for purchase very reasonable. 8th floor terrace restaurant and bar has nice views, good food decent selection of cocktails and of course, wine. There is also a lobby level restaurant/bar with the same as the terrace but inclosed. Centrally located next to Santa Lucia park in a neighborhood near shopping and a variety of places to eat but not big on bar/ night life scene.
