    Cuando hice la reservación en la foto de la habitación que reserve se veía con balcón! Y cuando lo pedí me dijeron que no que había que pagar una diferencia si quería con balcon por lo que me dieron una habitación del tamaño de una cabina interior de barco con dos mini ventanas!

    Amazing stay😃

    Hotel Rooms are modern, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean rooms, staff also very Friendly. José at front desk was very helpful and provided excellent customer service! Pool was very clean, relaxing and with an excellent ocean view. Breakfast was also delicious.

    The hotel is located in front of the beach,but there is no direct access to it. It is easy to have the staff call a cab and it is accessible to the mall as well as restaurants

    4-star wannabe - plenty other nice options

    Poor management. This hotel needs to do a better job with overall cleaning. Veggies in morning breakfast buffer are OLD. Mini fridge stock in the lobby is also low. Staff is slow and sometimes unresponsive. WE will never stay here again.
