Worse place ever
The real price was way higher i didn't stayed there and I didn't get a refund. The manager very rude and aggressive. Also very dirty and some bad smells. I won't recommend to anyone to stay there

Smoky, and dirty.....
room isnt clean, no lights... just electrical wires hanging down the walls..... toilet broken.... its a mess...... And everything smells like Ciggarets.... the matress below bed sheets are as dirty as it could get.... no room service during our stay.... horrible Hotel!

Possible scam
Working throught the details of what is listed in a previous review. They said they no longer work with Hotels.com and that I'd have to pay cash. Now trying to get my refund from Hotels.com. They also did not provide a receipt and don't seem to answer the phone

W hotelu tym zarezerwowałem noclegi od 17-22maja i 27/28maja br.Wg informacji na rezerwacji noclegi noclegi zostały opłacone.Mam swiadomośc że cena była nadspodziewanie atrakcyjna ale to już nie moje zmartwienie,Hotel naturalnie nie uznał tej rezerwacji za opłaconą i zarządał opłaty według aktualnego u nich poziomu cen.Stosowną adnotację umieszczono na przedłożonym przeze mnie wydruku potw.rezerwację.Ostatecznie zamieszkałerm z pow. powodu w innym obiekcie Hotelowym.Mam nadzieję na wyjasnienie sprawy przez Hotels.com

HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS
Hotel refused us. They said that they are not working with Hotels.com. I showed the confirmation responses I got from the hotel's email. However, the non-speaking English staff couldn't help me. She just tried to find us a new property. Finally, she found one and we needed to pay additional 40€ for that property. The property they found (HOTEL SUNRISE) was really bad. Beds were uncomfortable and unprepared. We needed to prepare them by ourselves. It was cold. Besides, it was requiring some amount of walking from the hotel. Since our check-in time was 1 A.M., the way that we walked was really scary. So, NEVER and NEVER stay in that GOLD LION not-accepting-reservations-HOTEL. NEVER

Отель называется "Жулики"
Не рекомендую!!!! Забронировали и сразу оплатили номер в этом отеле, но когда мы приехали, в отеле не знали о нашей бронировке. Девушка на ресепшене ответила что они вообще не работают с сервисом Hotels.com. После того как показали номер бронирования и подтверждение оплаты, услышали ответ: "а у нас все равно мест нет". Деньги не вернули. Даже после обращения в службу поддержки деньги не возвращают... Я даже не поднимаю вопрос о моральном ущербе, когда Вы в 2 часа ночи с 3 детьми приезжаете в отель а вам ни номера ни денег это вообще ужас.
