Not a bad value for the money. The apartment is a bit out of repair. The care taker Ligia is wonderful. She does an amazing job, with the limited resources she is provided by the owners.

Location 10. Apartment nil.
We were met on time by a very pleasant lady who showed us around the small apartment. We had requested 3 double rooms which we got, however the rooms were damp and one of the windows didnt shut properly.
The bathroom was also damp, the shower sometimes hot and the toilet cystern was broken. The biggest annoyance was the kettle didnt work, cut off before boiling. The flat could be perfect with a bit of money spent on it as its right in the centre of Dublin.

Für zwei Tage war die Unterkunft ausreichend. Das Bad hat etwas Schimmel und die Fenster schließen nicht dicht. Eine Ampel direkt vor dem Fenster hilft den ganzen Tag, sehr laut, blinden über die Straße. Überhaupt ist das Umfeld sehr laut. Tag und Nacht.
