Safe parking at hotel. Check was fine but our first room had a very 'chemical' smell so we paid an extra £25 for lake view room. Breakfast was nice but bacon & eggs had been sitting a while ... Spa area nice except no where inside to sit at pool & difficult to swim due to lanes closed for classes most of the afternoon. We had a nice stay overall but not sure if we'll return .

We stayed in room 150. Woken the first morning at 07:00 by music from the gym. Woken second morning at 06:50 by instructor shouting and thumping music from the gym. Not ideal! The hotel was otherwise nice to stay and the staff very helpful, service was somewhat slow in the restaurant at dinner.

Excellent stay

Had a faultless stay at the Killyhevlin. Stayed a couple of years ago and asked for the same room as it had a lovely window seat overlooking the lake. They checked our previous stay and gave us the same room. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Food great. Had a lovely spa treatment too.
