Great hostel/B&B in the heart of the Seoul shopping area. Close to the subway, and tourist areas. The staff was superb, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the tiny washing machines, were a great add-on. I highly recommend.

Myeongdong street is just downstairs! Philstay is located just infront of a 24h restaurant which is quite popular, there is a 7-11 store, pharmacy and olive young drug store nearby too! The receptionist is really helpful and friendly. You can drop off your luggage before your check in time and you can just shop downstairs until your time to check in! Overall, would recommend!

Wedding gathering of families!
Booked this hotel for my parents and relatives for three days just conveniently right next to the Royal Hotel as I had my wedding there. The rooms were decent, clean, washrooms clean and facility are clean. They had breakfast included each day and the eating area was a great gathering place as the hotel staff did not mind my visit and meeting with them. Koreans are always very hospitable that way and allowed us to have water, coffee and teas even though me.and my wife are not staying (Although I am the one that is paying). Also they had airport shuttle service for a good price and was easily booked for my parents and relatives whom speaks no Korean and little English, but thankfully the staff there spoke Mandarin. Staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel!
