Had a fantastic stay here while in Riga - easily one of my best rentals in Europe.
The location is on the edge of Riga old town, but because old town is so small the location is within walking distance to all of its dozens of bars, restaurants, and historical points of interest. There's also access by Taxi, which is not true for all of Riga's old town as some of the streets are closed to vehicle traffic (tip: there's a local ride-sharing app called Taxify, which works pretty much the same as Uber/Lyft, both of which are currently unavailable in Riga). Public transport is also only a few minutes away, and even the central bus terminal for inter-city/international busses is maybe a 10-15 minute walk.
The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well thought-out for guests' comfort. All the furnishings are new and there's quite good attention to detail, from free local calling to bedside power sockets to the umbrellas available for guests in the lobby (which we had to take advantage of more than once). All this on top of other more obvious creature comforts like the kitchenette, washer/dryer access, heated floors in the bathroom, etc. The weather changed suddenly by about 10C during our stay there and we were very thankful for the heaters and the extra blanket in the closet.
Really clear communication with the host prior to and during our stay as well, they were even able to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport.
Overall, highly recommended!
