Poor
Looks good, but too much form over function
Had to cancel due to the ridiculously loud air-conditioning unit that kept turning itself back on every 5 minutes. The lady running the front desk, Jennifer, was less than helpful and only offered to downgrade our room to a dirty family room, and offered a 40 dollar discount. Quite disappointing, but once we called the Hotels.com support team we got a full refund. Maddie in their support team was excellent and helped us to arrange another hotel immediately, which was fantastic service considering it was nearly 2am!

We loved every aspect of our stay! Very nice place with lots of amenities, clean, friendly, cute. Great location close to everything downtown. Cool dairy block area next to the hotel.

Dazzling property with well appointed guest rooms, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and a very modern and young vibe. The whole area is very hip and walkable.

NO CAR NEEDED!
Great location relative to Union Station(5 minute walk), sporting venues (Coors Field, NBA Venue and Mile High Stadium-NFL) plus Concert Venues and Downtown shops, bars and restaurants... Room was nice and modern and spacious as was lobby and associated shops, bars and eclectic food stops. Service was warm and friendly...checked me in early after my A. M. arrival via light rail from airport...
