This condo is conveniently located in the middle of Center Village.
Just a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts,
be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes!
Relax in the comfortable living room and enjoy the gas fireplace. The
couch does have a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy the big game or watch a
Blu-Ray movie on the 42 inch flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen
is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. The dining
room table can accommodate 4 people, or take a break from cooking and
walk to one of the many great restaurants.
The bedroom has a Queen Bed and a TV. The bathroom is not en suite and
has a shower/tub combo.
There is parking for one vehicle in the underground heated parking
garage. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot.
There is no charge for parking. There is also a private ski locker for
you to use during your stay.
Taylor's Crossing is a short walk to the American Eagle chairlift, the
American Flyer chairlift, and all of the shops and restaurants in
Center Village. Take a soak in the relaxing shared outdoor hot tub
after a long day on the slopes. There is a fitness center and steam
room on the main level of the building. The laundry facilities are
located on the second and fourth floors.
There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75
degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset. Extras: Wi-Fi is
included with your stay. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB
HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property
listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds
are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All
properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels,
toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo,
dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night
supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is
equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked
with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and
small appliances.PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly
enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and
parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for
more cars, free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine
Lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice
will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for
towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the
non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for
more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting
Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70
between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the
traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive
or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized
winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with
drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado.
Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL
WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning
procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our
guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process,
housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade
disinfectant.CHECK-IN: Curbside Check-In is available at the Copper
Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you
wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in
the lobby at any given time.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS /
CLUB HOUSES: Unfortunately, most shared workout facilities, community
pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. (Copper
Mountain Athletic Club is closed for the 20/21 season). COOKING: Cook
your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.SUMMIT
COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit
County?s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining,
attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any
outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires,
bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
