The Fire alarm sounded Monday evening around 23.30 for more than 30 minutes. No communication from the staff and a lot of confusion for the whole hotel. You should really establish a speaker on each floor so staff can explain to guest what is going on. The elevators wese still working, and used by some guest, which is a BIG no-no if there would be a fire.
