The room was very nice and bed very comfy. The staff was very friendly. The area surrounding was under heavy construction. The wifi was constantly in and out and there was a huge water issue resulting in having none for an extended time period. They were apologetic but made no offer or concession for a very big problem for guests.

Very nice stay before heading out on safari. Staff very friendly & welcoming. We knocked the breaker out using a bad plug but the staff quickly came and reset it once notified.

Beautiful, small boutique hotel! Great value. Wonderful staff. Made my mother feel like a member of their family and it was a pleasure to just hang out with my mother in their attractive lobby and grounds while my partner was on Safari. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was served with a smile. Wonderful Staff!!

One thing about Tulia is its proximity to all amenities, The staff is exceptionally friendly, felt so much at home. I booked for one night but ended up extending my stay. The girl at the bar was very nice we had a crazy night but she offered my fiance a pool bed to relax as we awaited our host..The Samosa were out of this world..I will however recommend real sausages for breakfast and not hot dogs. Overall Nice job!

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds are pretty and well kept. The access road from the main road is unpaved and cluttered with stalls. A 3-5 dollar cab ride takes to town. Could use an in-room safe

Very pleasant hotel hidden not too far behind the back streets of bustling Arusha. Lovely gardens and welcoming pool and very comfortable rooms. Service was impeccable, staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to town and markets but easy to catch a taxi either hotel or from main road. Really enjoyed our stay at the tulia
