Friendly small hotel
It was very friendly but rather.basic but clean. They apologised and said they were.moving very shortly.

first impressions not good, very dated hotel, room facilities not as described (no flat screen tv, no toiletries etc) lights without shades, no locking doors on shower room or toilet (just very flimsy folding doors) and lack of working sockets.

Nice hotel close to pleasure beach and prom
Lovely hotel nice cozy rooms which where also spaceous n kind friendly owner. Delicious full English breakfast and a child friendly atmosphere. couldn't of asked for better stay in Blackpool. Will definitely visit again

Hotel with easy access to trams and buses.
Double room did not have double bed, felt like 3/4 bed. Bedding was clean but bed not very comfortable.
