Amazing staff in a great hotel.
From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we knew we were in a very special place. Andre checked us in and he was like our own personal concierge for the duration of the trip. It’s easy to get lost in a big city, but Andre made sure we felt comfortable exploring. He really was outstanding and we are very grateful. Restaurants, transportation, entertainment Andre had his pulse on the city and he kindly shared his enthusiasm for Lisbon while making sure we enjoyed every moment. The hotel is unique, giving a notice to local artists. And the cocktails too were creative and soooo good. The patio/bar makes the best steak sandwiches. Make sure to give them a try. To top it all off the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are dark. We will return 100%.

Beautiful, renovated property and the continental breakfast they offer is awesome - Hot items, tons of backed goods, granola and yogurt, coffee, etc. Definitely recommend adding that to your stay. However, we were there on Thurs and Fri nights and it was incredibly loud outside, even from the 7th floor. There is a square right outside the hotel with multiple bars and people were drinking and partying until 3 am. Ask for a room on the street side of the hotel if noise is a concern and hopefully it will be better for you on that side...

Very nice option for Lisbon
We enjoyed our four night stay at the 1908 Lisboa Hotel. We had a problem with the door lock after our second night so they had us switch rooms. In both rooms, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and is in a nice setting. The complementary custard pastries delivered to your room the first day are great. The staff are extremely helpful - I give them very high marks. They immediately addressed our room problem and also did research to find a good restaurants nearby. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and thought it was very good. The hotel is nicely located relative to most of the sites. The neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the hotel has seen better days but we never had any concerns and walked back to the hotel at night without hesitation. All in all, an excellent option for a visit to Lisbon.
