Great location... the bathroom was unique. Lots of restaurants near by and even a liquor store.

Very well located and the staff is very kind. However, rooms are very very very old and dirty. The toilet smelled really bad.

L'emplacement est ideal mais c'est le seul point positif. L environnement est bruyant. Le chauffage coulait et la propreté est douteuse.. pour avoir des couvertures supplementaires, il faut payer un supplément.

SIAMO STATI IN QUESTO HOTEL 3 GIORNI. IN 3 GIORNI NON HANNO MAI FATTO LA PULIZIA DELLE CAMERE, NON CI HANNO MAI DATO UN ASCIUGAMANO (PER FORTUNA CE LI ERAVAMO PORTATI DA CASA) OGNI VOLTA CHE CHIEDAVAMO DI AVERNE ALMENO 1 CI DICEVANO "DOMANI MATTINA" MA POI PUNTUALMENTE IL MATTINO SUCCESSIVO L'ASCIUGAMANO NON C'ERA. IN PIU' SIAMO STATI UN GIORNO INTERO SENZA ACQUA POI FINALMENTE SONO VENUTI A RIPARARE IL GUASTO E L'ACQUA E' TORNATA (FORSE E' PER QUESTO CHE NON SERVIVANO GLI ASCIUGAMANI !!!!) Negative: The room was ok, but it didn;t have any towels. When we asked for towels, the receptionist told me that the cleaning person would bring in the morning. This was not very helpful as we stayed only for one night and taking a shower after a long trip is very important. In the morning, the cleaning person came without any towels (even tough we asked twice). Except of it, the room was ok, not very clean though. Positive: The hotel is centrally located.

Best host ever
Hôtel très bien situé, surtout pour aller se balader à la citadelle et au théâtre. Notre hôte Hassan a été aux petits soins avec nous, super accueil et très aidant (il parle très bien français). Quartier un peu bruyant la nuit mais je recommande vivement cette hôtel pour un arrêt à Amman
