During the pandemic no is wearing mask at the gym, Restaurants lower than 5 starts even the breakfast, accept Si Restaurant was good, They refused to keep just one of the rooms for 30 minutes late check out, not even one room :) The front desk staff wasn’t helpful both for check in and check out And yeah housekeeping is poor :) The usage of towels and shower in a resort is higher than just a hotel, wasn’t enough tho I’m not going to stay there again
