Very smart hotel in a great location
Very new and very smart hotel in a great location. We had rooms looking internally, so while they had no view they were extremely quiet so we slept very well. Rooms are large, well appointed, huge comfortable bed, and big bathroom. The location is great making most places within walking distance (not Belem). Staff were very helpful. Having Roman ruins as a museum within the hotel was also very interesting.

5 Star Eurostars
Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, good wardrobe space and blackout curtains that actually work, probably the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel! We felt that breakfast was a little expensive (20 euros) so we used local cafes just around the corner and therefore I cannot comment on the restaurant food. Takes 10 to 15mins at a leisurely pace to walk into Lisbon old town (longer if you're tempted by wine bars along the way) and the hotel itself is situated in a fairly quiet location. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful - all English speaking which made up for my non-existent linguistic skills in Portuguese. We weren't driving but I did notice an underground car park almost opposite the hotel if you need it.

Great hotel for a a short stay in Lisbon!
Modern and spacious hotel room in a good location for a few days in Lisbon. Pool area and gym facilities were good, only negative was the steam room wasn't working but this was not a big deal. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Superb location and 5-star comfort
This hotel has an excellent location, from where we could walk to most sights, as well as being on a useful bus route along the waterfront and close to a metro station. It is nicely decorated and our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We appreciatd the real king-size bed, the good climate control, and free wifi. We ate once in their casual restaurant and enjoyed the food. The only incident that marred our stay slightly was that, one morning, we got back from a run and found the water in our shower to be only luke-warm, and barely that. We had seen a large group checking out when we left for our run, and so figured that the hot water supply is limited and they had used it all.
