An average 4* hotel. In a good location, checkin and checkout was fast and easy. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were super comfortable and nicely decorated. Downsides..plugs in the room were broken besides just one which was annoying for two people, and the coffee maker would have needed to have been moved to get it working even if all the plugs were working.

For me the staff were exceptional. I was charged triple what I should have been fir a taxi from the airport and several members of the staff looked into this for me when they never had to as it had nothing to do with the hotel. I felt they went above and beyond - this covers luggage, receptionists, dining and management. The room was spacious enough and about 10 minute walk to metro. I found the area quiet and safe. I would return there again and as I said earlier the staff really were exceptional.

A great hotel
We had a great stay. All staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a studio it was huge and well equipped. The restaurant was competitive and it was good to have the option of a coffee bar too. Only nighle great to have fridge but we could on fit a small bottle of water in it due to so much alcohol in there.

Fantastic overall and great friendly staff!
I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels for service and friendliness that we have ever stayed in. The staff from front desk, to bar and restaurant, to housekeeping and bell staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and so welcoming and nothing was a problem for them anytime we asked for assistance. The hotel itself was clean, well kept and really modern in decor. Housekeeping paid amazing attention to detail every day! Nothing was missed or overlooked in our room and we never had to ask for anything as it was all there. We also felt like it was one of the first hotels we have stayed in where you had your privacy too. The staff were engaging but non-intrusive in our stay. Overall we had a truly amazing stay. Our only downside was that the restaurant is completely dead - such a beautifully decorated restaurant but with no atmosphere or clientele and the drinks and food were very overpriced for what they are. I know it’s in transition from being a Michelin star that moved out of the hotel so I can understand the hotel is still working on bringing custom to the restaurant, it’s just lucky for guests that the hotel is so close to 14th Street - the hub of eateries. Thanks for a great service and lovely hotel, we will be back the next time we are in DC.
