We had a fabulous stay at super stylish Aethos in Shoreditch, which is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Erel and his team took great care of us throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding (we tried both the cooked options as well as the buffet) and we can’t wait to visit again when they open their new restaurant in the spring.

This hotel is beautiful! The aesthetic is clean and minimal and the design shows no detail was spared. The room was lovely and they even include turn down service at night. They provide plenty of water and the robes and slippers are a nice touch. Everyone working there was kind and helpful at all times. What a gorgeous hotel.

The hotel was newly opened and clearly suffering from teething issues. Our reservation was not logged so the staff had to find us a room which was OK but not what we booked. The rooms had undergone some renovations and our sink leaked. The fridge made a lot of noise all night and there was a bright light from the heating controls. However the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and the staff were very attentive and apologetic for the issues.

Restricted amenities and friendliness did not match up to my multiple previous stays at the Nobu brand. There was no "real" bar available. You could see the "Aetheos club/bar area" from the lobby but it was restricted from normal guests like some sort of private club. Tone from the front desk about access was less than favorable. The Awesome bar that used to be downstairs is gone. Hotel room was still nice - but I don't think I'll be back with so many other full offering hotels in the area.
