Amazing view, loved the instagrammable photospot
We stayed in three cave hotels during our stay and I would like to stay Sultan suites was by far our most favorite out of all of them! The view from the terrace was amazing and the terrace was the biggest out of all three hotels we stayed in! Although there were a lot of people in the morning taking photos, everyone was quite polite and each took their turn. I'm thankful the staff put out fresh fruit in the morning on the "breakfast" photo spot to make the photos look even more exciting. The junior suite we stayed in was comfortable and a great value for money. We woke up extra early in the morning and it was still dark outside but there were already staff at the terrace waiting and they even offered hot coffee (it was so cold!). I had a great stay and thank you Sultan Cave Suites!

2 nights stay
My fiancee and me did our pre wedding photoshoot in cappadocia and we stayed 2 nights here. The hotel have an amazing rooftop terrace, nicely decorated with beautiful carpets and a breakfast spread which you can use as a props for phototaking. The photographer that we engaged was allowed to shoot our pictures within the property. We stayed in a half cave half stone suite and it really gives a good experience

The view and the balcony were very very well prepared for photography. The reception staff are very nice kind and helpful, sadly we are very disappointed by dining room staff (breakfast time and sultan courtyard) according to crowded people, they had poor management ( slowly food fill up, not enough staff ) as well as offer a poor service standard to us. The bed for my room kind was very squeaky even you just slightly flip. This place very fullfilled my trip and i hope the hotel could improved more on staff service (except reception and maid, they were wonderful)

Amazing
The staff at the hotel were fantastic, helping us arrange a tour, transfers, etc. It was pretty cold when we arrived and we were glad to see the staff had already turned the heating on in our room. The room itself was amazing, being cut into the side of a ‘cave’ it had a cool appearance, with a big bed and excellent shower. On the terrace is the best view of the hot air balloons imaginable. Staff are on hand to stop anyone trying to ‘hog’ the photo spots...

Great hotel with best views.
The hotel was stunning, our room was slightly away from main area of hotel though. The terrece is one of the best in the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. The TV didn't work and never got fixed but only a small complaint. Highly recommended.
