Comfortable overnight Visit!
Clean and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and had good amenities. Bathroom was good, nice hot shower with good pressure. We had a lovely dinner, polite and attentive service without being intrusive. Would recommend.

The overall hotel and main staff were very pleasant and helpful, however the whole experience was completely ruined by the manager at check out. I was overcharged for breakfast which was £13 for a slice of toast and a coffee (cold) and whilst agreed at check that a reduced rate continental price that would be applied the argumentative, rude, manager decided to argue the case, blaming his staff for the issue. Having spent over £500 on a 3 night stay and a colleagues 2 night stay I would have expected a bit more customer service and politeness. To be spoken too the way I was, was shocking and whilst I say away in Lutterworth 3-4 nights a week every week, I thought maybe I would been a good customer. Never again ! Avoid at all costs, wish you luck if you ever have an issue with your bill! Very disappointed…..
