The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The twin room was really lovely room, spacious and comfortable, but the air con didn't work and it was very hot. We arrived very late so did not bother the staff. There was no lift, so waiting was an issue as the other one was out of order. Location for Wimbledon tennis was perfect. I would definitely stay there again despite the little niggles. .

When we went to look at the room, it was still musty and damp, so we stayed in the room. It was brutally hot that week; thank goodness they have AC. Very convenient for me, and I gave 5 stars as very good value for the location. I liked the on-street paid parking, which is free at night and weekends. I purchased a very small amount of time on Friday afternoon, to check it lasted until Monday, to be safe. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and always ready to help with all enquiries. The only slight drawback was limited food nearby, with only a limited variety of snaks at the hotel and a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants.
