Best Hotel for Home away from Home
Hotel is perfect for staying a week or two for visa business. Safe and sound. Great shopping next door and taxis or Ubers always available.

Those pipelines!!!!
The place was ok, not impressed with the hotel, we got to stayed in the main floor close to the lobby area and the was a lots of noise in the middle of the night there was always some kind of party in the lobby, the bathroom stinks like urine the comes out from the sewer line so my husband have to became creative and put a piece of plastic on the shower drain to prevent from the smell to comes out, the staff was very nice and cordial the housekeeper lady was very nice and I really like that they disinfect all their workout equipment daily. Other than that we don’t have any other issues, I like their coffee, Mexican conchas and hand fruit in the mornings!!!

Perfect for Embassy business.
The stay was very pleasant. The area is calm. Great shopping literally a minute walking distance. Starbucks next door. Embassy across the street. Because the hotel doesn't have an exit behind it, only guests are around and no traffic. No cars or pedestrian traffic unless they are coming to the hotel. Great staff with a positive attitude. You need to ask for your utensils upon check in or at anytime during your stay. If you are a coffee drinker PACK YOUR MUG. None provided here. Only disposable coffee cups (Nescafe) but it's not available 24/7. Shopping for food is also close at the store across the street but I recommend a good grocery shopping trip at S-mart or Walmart with the first one being better for variety.

HES amenities/do not disturb request
Although I enjoy staying at HES, there are a couple of things that could be better. On previous stays I’ve had to tell someone at the desk to make certain to advise housekeeping that I DO NOT need my room serviced. I’ve done this every single stay and every time I’m about to lead for the day I happen to see housekeeping on the floor I’m in and when I ask if they’ve been told about my room and no need for deveice they say “Thanks for telling me sir, I wasn’t aware or told”. Now, what’s the use of me requesting this at check-in time of it isn’t going to be honored. Secondly, your irons and ironing boards are in bad shape to say the least. You may think “who irons now a days?”...well I do. Every Iron I’ve requested has been scorched up/charred and I’ve had to clean it prior to use and possibility of getting my shirt/pant marked/spotted. Lastly, although this is related to cost savings, on this last stay I requested a comb/brush and was advised that HES does not have those amenities. I don’t usually forget anything, but this time I need a comb and wasn’t able to get one from the staff. Everything else is good and I very much enjoy my stays at HES and your price per stay are within my budget. Thanks, Jesse
