A despeito da disponibilidade de quarto no momento da chegada, foi condicionado o checkin (ao meio-dia) ao upgrade de quarto e ao pagamento de metade do valor da diária (110 reais). O hóspede tem direito ao período de 24 horas de diária, incluindo o período máximo de 3 horas de limpeza. Acontece que caso a limpeza já tenha sido efetuada, por óbvio não se pode negar o checkin ao meio-dia, o que parece ter se tornado uma regra (informar que todos os quartos da propriedade estão em limpeza, no limite de 3 horas, condicionando o checkin às 15h). Quarto com ar condicionado com barulho excessivo, sem janela antirruído (muito embora localizado na principal avenida da cidade), móveis antigos, tal como televisão.
