Good 6.0
Fine, however wasn't as expected for a 5 star
Mostly good however three items that were a bit annoying, I was given a spa voucher that I was unable to use as I was only staying one night and was checking out early, I think the hotel or spa should be pro active in this case and reach out to the guest prior to thier stay to see if they want to book something in advance so that the guest doesn't miss out due to availability. There was a fire alarm directly above my bed that flashed throughout the night. Finally my room was exceptionally small. I also found that there was very limited TV channels.

Exceptional 10.0
Great choice and good value
Great location, clean and welcoming room. A welcome little bottle of something and cakes for my birthday. Nice personal touch.. would stay again.

Good 6.0
OK - Not worthy of 5*
Not the best 5* hotel I have stayed in. Room was very small. Doors slam shut so noisy throughout the night. Staff were pleasant enough, however I asked 3 different people if the tap water was drinking water and none of them knew. None of them seemed particularly bothered about finding out either. Not a huge issue, but not what I'd expect from this class of hotel.

Very good 8.0
Could do better
My daughter paid for me to stay the night and I was really looking forward to it. The room was on the small side but clean and tastefully decorated. The downside was I had to keep the curtains drawn as I could see into the rooms opposite me, and vice versa. The bed was extremely comfortable but I struggled to fall asleep as I was in room 330 which is above the courtyard. It was a rainy night, and I could hear each rain drop hit the roof of the courtyard which was irritating and kept me awake most of the night. This was annoying as I had work the next day. The other downside is the lack of satellite tv channels. As someone that struggles with borderline OCD, (pertaining to cleanliness), I was unable to have a cup of tea as the teabags are loose and not wrapped. I will end on a positive and thanks you for the bottled water. I also thoroughly enjoyed having cocktails in the rooftop bar on Sunday night.
