The staff leave you alone but help if needed. It was really like having an apartment experience. The old town is fifteen minutes walk away. Very clean and well designed. I did not want to leave.

Lovely room and great communication
Had a lovely stay for 4 nights with the jetted bathtub room. Booked for my partners 30th birthday. Had additional balloons and Prosecco added to our room. Communication was great all the way through. Even though there is no reception as such, it was always so easy to get hold of them for any query. Already looking forward to booking to come back! Not too far from main square either so location was great. Around a 15/20 min walk.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Prior to this we had email communication with the hotel to ensure that our check-in would be simple, and we even had tours booked in advance on our behalf. From start to finish this place was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We booked our airport transfers and trip to the salt mines,Auschwitz 1 & 2 everything was perfect and Patrick and Peter our drivers were so helpful. Cant praise everyone enough, weve recommended the hotel to our friends & family. Very enjoyable stay
