    Connie, one of the owners, greeted us at the front desk and showed us around before going upstairs to our room. She actually played bellboy too and carried up one of our bags! Talk about full service! There are complimentary cookies and coffee & tea (via a Keurig) in the lobby - available all day and evening. The Hotel is a Heritage Building and therefore very old but it has been renovated beautifully in keeping with it's history, complete with hardwood floors and Victorian era furnishings. Our room was quite small but beautifully appointed with a four poster bed (very comfortable), a gas fireplace, a small fridge, a TV, and a beautiful wooden wardrobe. We had everything we needed for our one night stay including two wine glasses with delicious chocolates in them! While it was pretty quiet there during our stay in early November, I am sure it is very busy during theatre season - in fact, Connie did say it is already starting to fill up with theatre goers for next summer. Before we left the hotel the next day, Connie very kindly showed us some of the other rooms (suites) they have there. We decided that if we ever return to this beauty, which is a distinct possibility, we would book a suite, just to have a little extra room. We highly recommend this Hotel - the personal service and the decor can't be beat!!
