Disgusting Hotel
Our room was disgusting. There were literal prints in one of the chairs in the shape of a butt, likely from where someone had sat in it nude. The floors were filthy...I know because I spilled a little water in the kitchenette and wiped it up with a white towel, which became grey. The shower floor hadn’t been scrubbed in months, there was soap buildup which scratched off with a fingernail and mold in the corners. The mattress was hard and lumpy. I have nothing good to say about this stay.

Check in was breeze. The lady who helped us was very kind, accommodating & went above and beyond to help us with a couple odd requests- (utensils & syrup- after our DoorDash order was lacking those items). The outside premises & lobby was clean & well kept. The room was much larger than the pictures made it look, and the bathroom was big enough to fit 20 people! It was relatively clean (sticky stuff on the fridge & hair dryer, hair in the bathtub, small splattered coffee on the counter- nothing huge) & smelled fresh. It was in close proximity to many restaurants & even though the pool was closed due to COVID- it looked very nice!

Facility was clean and stylish. Beds were comfortable. Staff was minimal likely due to covid, but they were friendly and helpful in putting my cooler ice packs in the hotel freezer. Breakfast bags (water, nutrigrain bar, pastry) in the morning would've been great with some healthier options like fresh fruit.
