Staff at the check-in desk is incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable!!! They get my 6 stars!!! Location of the hotel is 5 stars! Rooms (we stayed twice in a week) were so terrible and filthy!!! If you're flying out of the Rome airport and need a place to sleep, this place can't be beat. It's extremely convenient, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast is fine, and you can walk around the airport shopping at all hours. I would stay here again.
