Property was good. Very clean. But a very sterile environment. Super location for Hampton Court. But noisy from road traffic. Could do with very standing lights( may help to soften atmosphere)

Although the property is modern and very clean, it did not have a safe or air conditioning in the init and the check in was not convenient as it took place at a different location.

Didn’t get off to a great start as property wasn’t ready. It was gloomy poorly equipped and the bed settee didn’t fit properly so I kept sliding off the seat. The grouting In the shower cubical needed cleaning at the bottom. When I went to the Crown Plarzer to book a taxi. I was asked to wait half an hour as the receptionist was on a break. Eventually one of the 3 security guards got me a number to ring. Not a great experience all round and won’t be staying again went to the

My family really enjoyed their stay here. It was very clean and in fact, the building looked like it was newly built. The location was lovely; it was a walking distance from the Thames and the riverside restaurants. The staff were helpful and kind. Would recommend and definitely will come back.

The suite, older ones, not the new ones was great for an apartment stay. Some early trouble with the linen that was not able to be resolved to my satisfaction. Other than that, great experience and would absolutely do it again.

Lovely apartment. The staff where amazing I left my watch, wedding and engagement ring behind and two other rings and they were handed in. I’m so grateful. Would definitely recommend.
