Excellent Burj Khalifa View
The room we chose had the best view of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony. This is why we chose this hotel, and we were not disappointed at all. The room decor was excellent and included a large LCD TV, bathrobes, slippers, and both a walk-in shower and bathtub. The bathroom also had a bidet. My only negative is that the doorman was always trying to get us to use his flat rate taxi cabs that were double the price of all other metered taxis.

Nice hotel! Amazing breakfast! Great staff!
The best breakfast buffet EVER! Definitely get this option if you are able to. It’s well worth the money. The food is delicious and the variety is great. The hotel itself was clean and the staff pleasant. We had an issue with the toilet running water and they came and quickly fixed it. The location is close to Dubai Mall. The views at one of the restaurant’s in the hotel is spectacular (if you don’t get the Khalifa room view already). I wouldn’t walk around too much by the hotel do to all the construction, but there are plenty of options within a few minutes of a cab ride.

Be aware, construction outside!
Though the hotel and location were both great, the construction was literally 24/7 right outside our window so it made getting a comfortable nights sleep very difficult. Yes, theres always some sort of construction going on in Dubai, but this is RIGHT outside your window if you book a room with a balcony and the marina view, there is no view apart from the vast construction taking place. There are no rooms that the hotel can move you to apparently so you have to endure the sound of drills going off literally all day and night. Please be aware prior to booking

what i didn't like was that one of the pool steps had only 1 step at top and missing 2 steps which caused me to hit my big toe on the 4th step, which is now bruised and still in pain i loved the location and the friendly staff at the restaurant by the pool, can't remember the short young man and the african slim/tall young lady, but they were awesome customer servicers
