My room was not ready at check in time and I only had a short time where I needed to get in my room and shower to be ready for dinner with my boss and colleagues. Thankfully someone else let me into their room to use their shower

The only problem I had was that the directions took me about a mile past the location, turned me i to an industrial area and around the block, only to be turned back around and taken back to the location. Front desk attendant stated that people complain about that regularly. Otherwise stay was nice, quiet, and clean, and the staff was pleasant to deal with. The decor was modern which I loved.

Second time staying at this particular hotel. This hotel is extremely clean and the lobby is always buzzing. A nice size pool and fitness center. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to all guests. The breakfast is well laid out the oatmeal is tasty

Infected with cockroaches and management doesn’t care bout it. Checked in and went straight to bed. When I saw the infection the following day and brought it to their attention, they tried blaming me for not noticing on check in so they switch my room. Didn’t know quality control was clients responsibility and definitely didn’t know cockroaches only went on 4th floors and other rooms would have been much cleaner.

We had stayed at this property previously and were given a studio suite instead of the suite we had reserved. However, we liked the hotel and decided to give it another try. Again, we reserved a suite. My husband called the day before our arrival and the day of our arrival to confirm we would be receiving a suite upon check-in. Both times, an employee confirmed our room type. And yet, when we arrived, the front desk clerk told us we were in a studio suite. She blamed the placement on using a third party reservation site (Expedia) and said there was nothing she could do. Upon talking to a manager the next day, we were given the same excuse. They did nothing to compensate us for the difference in cost between the two room types and were not apologetic. They simply (and irrationally) blamed Expedia. Additionally, the quality of this hotel has tanked. The hallways were quite dirty (a used q-tip remained in the hall for the duration of our three-night stay). Doors and walls are scratched and marked, and surfaces (like the elevator buttons) looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The pool had a greasy-looking film as well. The night we arrived, the entire property smelled of sewage, which the front desk clerk could not explain. We’re deeply disappointed in Hilton for allowing this hotel to decline. The high star ratings on Expedia definitely don’t reflect the current state of the property.

The property itself is clean and comfortable. However, we were treated badly because (as per the manager's Nicole's own words), we are NOT HHonors members. I booked a 1-bedroom suite at this location. However, on the day I checked in, I was told that there is no 1 bedroom available and they downgraded me to a studio suite. To make it even more unacceptable, the hotel refuses to provide any refund for the difference. The manager Nicole said that they had to provide my 1bedroom to a HHonors member, so she felt "terrible" I could not get the room I reserved, however she is not going to provide any refund of the difference in price because she said it's not her responsibility and I should talk to hotels.com who will handle the refund. I then contacted hotels.com, and the agent contacted Nicole. Here is were all the lies started. She "claimed" to hotels.com that the 1bedroom was only unavailable on my 1st day, and it was available on the 2nd day onwards and I could have requested to move back to my reserved room. And when I reached out to the hotel to ask for getting back what I reserved, the hotel then changes tack, saying that there is no 1 bedroom availability at 11am and I needed to wait (they only contacted me at close to 5pm that day) Finally, I gave up, asked hotels.com to kindly refund me a coupon for the difference in price, and just stayed in the studio suite Won't stay here ever again, and the hotel should consider replacing Nicole, who has not been honest throughout
