My new favorite hotel in DC!
We really enjoyed our stay at Yours Truly. Luvesh at the front desk and Daria went above and beyond to resolve an issue that does not affect the hotel itself, but that was important to us. The cookies and infused water were a nice touch when coming back at the end of a long day, or when leaving the hotel without a breakfast plan! The rooms were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of breakfast/lunch/coffee restaurant options within close walking distance, including a couple of my favorites right next door and across the street (Call Your Mother and Tatte). We had a great stay and plan to return again, thanks to Luvesh and Daria's excellent customer service and hospitality.

WORST HOTEL IN WASHINTON DC
The worst experience at TRULY YOURS. No comfort, rooms were dirty.Bathroom and room are extremely small. Staff is rude and untrained. We did not get the room we actually paid for. When asked to get the rate that corresponds to the room they gave us $50 off. After complaining to the manager she agreed to remove another $100 as well as the $30 daily fee. When checking put we did not receive the discount as agreed with the manager.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location.
My daughter and I really loved our stay at YTDC. The hotel is so beautiful and our room is so comfortable. The check in was quick and it was nice that every time we came back from our day outside we were always greeted warmly with “welcome back”. The location is also perfect, we were able to walk and take the bus everywhere we needed to go. The only little inconvenience for me was the coffee condiments (cream and sugar) were not replenished.

Ok visit but has potential
Overall hotel is pretty. Shower stall needs work. I keep thinking I was going to get my bathroom floors drenched. Love that there’s daily maid service! Love having new fresh towels every day. Service in the restaurant needs work. The guy host on Tuesday evening was rude. The waitress was ok, she had our drink order incorrect (or the bartender didn’t know what slightly dirty martini means) and just wasn’t friendly. My husband went to the bar on Wednesday and after waiting 5 minutes, NO ONE came to ask him if he needed anything. He went to the Ritz Carlton. All your doormen were friendly and helpful.

Despite the small setback of not having the reserved room we wanted, the staff went the extra mile to make us feel valued. We loved the breakfast vouchers for Call Your Mother Deli, lots of smiling faces from the moment we stepped on the property. Even when there was a misunderstanding with our booking, everyone was really nice! Decor and vibe was very cool. We (2) were there to see a concert and check out DC for one day during the middle of the week, so I can’t speak to how things would be on a weekend trip. I imagine it would be a bit more exciting with the bar and lounge. Shower water drains in an unsightly way. Other reviews have said the same. Be ready to have sopping wet towels on the cold tile floor after a shower. That was the only annoyance. We really enjoyed our stay.
