If you want to be just steps away from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre & immerse yourself in the old city, I cannot recommend this property high enough. The facilities are very clean & modern, the bed was super comfortable & very large bathroom, plenty of room to unpack. The staff are amazing, they personally connect with you leading up to your stay & couldn't have been anymore attentive & pleasant. Fantastic customer service skills, really felt special. No request a problem, helpful advice, this property receives 10 out of 10 score. Superb!

I enjoyed my quick visit to Milan and stay at The Street. It's an excellent location for a first timer or someone with a short stay. The staff is outstanding! They offer excellent concierge level service, calling taxis, arranging airport transport and recommending areas to visit. A few recommendations: request a room on the 2nd or higher floors as opening the window on the 1st floor is a direct view into the restaurant closely located across the street. (The drapes had to be closed the entire time). If closet space, ironing and hanging items is important, request a room with functional hangers and the necessary items. I had a small room lacking these. The room was just fine for my solo short trip but would not have been ideal for a longer stay. (But there are other rooms that would be.) Finally, visit the rooftop - its a gem!
