Very good value for money.
Very friendly hotel, especially the lady at breakfast. Reception also very helpful with tips for Venice .... cheapest way in via nearby bus stop. All over, very good value for money in an expensive area.

Shocker !!
Rude staff at checkin, Room was nothing like pictures, bathroom wasnt big enough to swing a cat, light fitting in room was hanging by the wires, polystrene tiles on the shower wall (fire hazard) shower might have well been a slow running cold tap, while I was getting ready to leave I found a flea crawling up my calf, NOISE from traffic on the motorway about 20 yds away ... be warned dont go

Doesnt deserve to be called a hotel
Frankly it shoudln't be called a hotel. A very bad hostel at best. Two single beds are the size of the room, there is very little space. Not comfortable at all. There was a shared bathroom with shower for the floor! Breakfast was included in the price and it was terrible. Worst stay ever!

Call This a Hotel - Try Again!
This place looked like an old office block with a canvas outside with a half lit sign saying hotel. It is hard to describe just how bad this place is. For a start it doesn't look anything like the picture on the website. Waiting in what was more like a taxi office rather than a reception for more than 10 minutes for someone to check us in was just the start. There was no lift to get our heavy bags to the floors above and the walk upstairs on the thread bare and torn carpet was just dangerous. The metal door to our room was warped and I virtually had to break in to get it open. The second time the key broke in the very stiff lock and had to get another one. It was no surprise when I saw they had several spares for each room. As for the room itself I've seen better in a YMCA hostel. No toilet just a sink with no plug, a double 'bed' if you could call it that and a single bed that took up all the spare floorspace. The drawers to a very cheap MFI style wardrobe were warped and wouldn't open then there was the very dangerous air conditioning unit which to use you had to run the cable along the sink to a socket! Didn't get any sleep due to constant road noise. Couldn't wait to leave the next morning and we weren't the only ones. Don't go here!

Cheap & comfortable place to stay close to Venice
Its an old fashioned hotel with basic facilities. It is clean and comfortable and easy to get to from the airport (local bus from airport stops close to it) and the Hilton is next door. It is convenient for people to go to Venice by bus (1.5 Euros) without having to pay the high price of staying in Venice. Breakfast was average but ok. However, there are no shops or places to eat nearby unless you in the hotel restaurant or in the Hilton hotel next door. Free parking is a bonus.

Ok place
It's an okay hotel. I would rate it 2 stars it's needs to Ben spruced Up a bit. There was a strong odor in the room that I needed to open the window to vanquish

Exceptional 10.0
Don’t judge a book by its cover
By the looks on the outside it’s not the most beautiful hotel, but the restaurant is amazing downstairs and the staff is very helpful. The shared restroom truly isn’t bad we never had an issue when needing to use it and they hotel keeps it very clean. Also every room has a balcony to enjoy the sunset and the hotel is only 100meters away from the public bus so it’s easy to hop on to go onto the island. It also runs frequently and the hotel sells the bus pass in there and tell you which bus to catch. It’s very helpful especially when taking public transportation and not being familiar with the area it truly does help.

Super Close to Venice
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - close to Venice bridge and bus station 100m walk to catch us bus. Not having a bathroom in the room was the only downside. Great deal - would stay again.

Venezia Mestre
This b&b is small kind of old but it's unique on its own when compared to staying inside of Venezia. The price was worth it but could use some updating. There is nothing around this location besides a car dealer across the street a small gas station and a chain hotel. Get what items you need from Venezia grocery store and bring them back to your room (water).
