have to order shuttle from airport in advance
The hotel is OK. It offers free shuttle to and from the airport. but it is not very clear that YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT IN ADVANCE and therefore I missed that one (and paid 5200 Yen for a taxi. about 20 minute ride at late night).
