    Toronto (6 Night Stay)
Expensive Hotel, noisy construction work was constant every morning and no warning was given. Pool was small and only had 16 day beds, that you had to book in advance - this was not explained prior to arrival. Staff were very friendly. Location was good but I would book in a quieter area in future.

    Good 6.0
Bisha is conveniently located, beautifully decorated with statement pieces & artwork and both the bar & restaurant are impressive in terms of design & food. There is also a cafe which we loved grabbing something from in the morning (also reasonably priced!). However, the above was somewhat ruined for us by the hotel prioritising its non staying guests above its hotel guests. When we arrived late after a long flight, we were welcomed by extremely loud music & party people crowding the reception area so it was hard to get in with our suitcases to check in. Same on their rooftop bar/restaurant where we went for a night cap. Literally the last thing we needed after a long and tiring flight. This continued the following day when we went to use the pool, one of the main reasons for me choosing this hotel. Initially, staff were unable to seat us as all sunbeds were taken. They found us a pair but when we went over, some residents quite rudely said they were in use by other residents despite no items being there. When we finally got beds, they were practically touching other guests & there was a large group of residents next to us who had lots of friends, taking up lots of space & monopolising the pool. As the pool & beds are right next to diners, it was pretty uncomfortable to bathe & swim in front of them & every 5 minutes, diners would block the sun to have their photos taken by the pool. No exclusive areas for hotel guests so we did not feel special or looked after - such a shame

We loved this hotel; our room was enormous and brilliantly appointed, with the swivelling TV in the middle a huge hit! The location was perfect for us as well as we like to walk everywhere when we can. The only small complaints we had were that construction opposite the hotel started very early on weekdays and meant we couldn't sleep in (luckily we only had one weekday morning that this was an issue, and otherwise sounds from the street were fairly limited and non-intrusive for a city-centre hotel), and that the turndown service was inconsistent - we only had it on two of the four nights we were staying at the hotel for some reason - no idea why! Overall though turndown isn't a deal breaker, and this is a really beautifully done hotel from top to bottom. The ground floor bar was very cool with an interesting menu for snacks, and the restaurant on the 44th floor looked great, although we didn't eat there. We did use the gym which is very spacious and pleasant to use, and If I'm ever in Toronto again, there is no doubt at all that I'll be coming back to this hotel!

Trendy hotel in a great location
Great new modern stylish hotel with an amazing rooftop restaurant / lounge. Views are incredible at sunset but can be windy / cold so obviously best to visit during warmer times.

    Good 6.0
Bisha hotel currently strives to be a top hotel but focuses far more on its night scene activities leaving hotel guests lacking. I joined a queue one night to get to the lifts to go to my room behind people queuing for floor 44 night scene. I was also asked for my ID immediately assuming not a hotel guest. No info on drink charges in room no info on wine type etc Evacuated for fire at 2am one night probably connected with fl 44 activities. My first day my room was not cleaned until after 1800 and I was out all day with notice to clean room

    Exceptional 10.0
I loved staying here. I stayed in the Stella suite for my boyfriends birthday during the pandemic and all I could say is wow. My boyfriend was ecstatic and he definitely loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The “balcony” is the size of a freaking patio. The room is huge and totally worth the money. Everything outside of the hotel is very close but I went during a lockdown so everything was closed. Nevertheless, i wasn’t going to complain staying inside the hotel. It was beautiful. The only thing, which was minuscule to me, were the questionable stains on the couch. I didn’t complain I just avoided them.
