Talk to Elvis, he's amazing!
The room's heat was broken, which was rough for my parents. Elvis was amazing and gave them another room, and we arrived at the hotel at 2 am. We ended up staying in the broken room only because we were fine and it was 2 am. Next morning I went down to just get another night in the broken room, and was told it was already rented for the night..... broken. No one ever went in the room and with covid19 and the necessary sanitation, they never went in. Come to find out, he lied because he didn't want to rent me another room. While Elvis was amazing, the guy with no name tag or pleasant attitude caused a less than 5 star review.

I liked the size of the rooms and ,I think property is relatively newly built,staff was courteous .It was a one night stay with family, we had multiple rooms. It is about 10 min drive from Niagra falls on U.S side.

I believe the reason people leaving negative reviews is probably because of breakfast and lack of service, well that's what you get in this price, where else you find 75 a night. Hotel was very clean.
