Great staff, average rooms.
The staff were amazing and their friendly hospitable vibe was fantastic. Special shout out to Chris at front desk for helping out with timings, deliveries, and luggage. The room however was very below-par. Dirty fittings, broken shower plate, missing towels, etc.

Our 3rd stay here - stunning city/river views from the balcony - large comfy bedding - good laundry facilities - great location near great restaurants & close to riverside markets. Unfortunatly that was all overshadowed the the lack of cleanliness - melted cheese left on grill pan - floors were dirty so had to keep shoes on at all times - rug in front of TV badly stained - all benchtops & tables had cup rings & fingermarks , dishes & glasses not clean so needed to put all dishes- glasses & cutlery through dishwasher before use - however that is not the worst of it - on searching for a salad bowl (was not one) 3 used syringes in top cupboard above cooktop!!! Ivy & Eve management please review your cleaning agenda !! as I see on reviews many others had similar experiences .
