The hotel and room is very nice. Staff was friendly and inviting.
My only complaint is the hotel didn’t offer much amenities and no designated parking. You either had to park and pay for the parking garage or valet which each was $60+

Room was large which was nice but, in general, they’ve failed to properly maintain regular carpet cleanings as the carpet is disgustingly stained as well as the lounge chair - nasty.
There was some type of substance used to draw a face on the window so we had to have housekeeping immediately come in to wipe the window down which obviously wasn’t done between the last occupants departure and my check in.
I definitely expect a better experience at Canopy given the costs we pay in this economy.
