The location is perfect - just outside main Montauk strip but a quick walk. Directly across from the beach, with easy access. The room was great. The entire facility was in pristine condition. All the staff was amazing. They were very helpful, upbeat, friendly (especially Voldy). At check-in we received a welcome bag with books for each of us, including my son (6 yo). We like it so much that we’re exploring purchasing a co-op unit. I wasn’t aware of the structure of the rental properties. We really love it.

This was our second visit. This unit was very dated, dull and unattractive. The room had a few issues, lightbulbs, a stuck door, the pullout sofa needed bedding. But each was addressed and fixed within minutes. The staff was great. I will say the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool which is heated to 85^
