Bank Street review
Absolutely amaze balls. Great location (for me) as i was there to watch the tennis, which was only up the road! Bars, take aways, restaurants all within close proximity. Buses drop you off virtually at the door from the City centre. Nice kitchen/communal room. Clean. Very tidy. Very easy code entrance. Nice rooms, with comfy beds. Tea/coffee making facilities in and out of the bedroom! I even chatted with the owner, who showed up on one of the days i was staying there (a good sign)!! Only negative was cramped bathroom facility on 1st floor, with a back facing mirror. So, not really great for shaving etc...However, overall, a great experience and would not hesitate to come back or recommend again!

Good
This is a great location for renting a single room with a shared bathroom setup.
If you are looking to rent the entire house I would be mindful that there is not a large common space for everyone to hang out in and there are only three bathrooms for the whole house. Also, the house has a ton of character so is actually four floors with a circular staircase. This was not ideal for some folks that were older and had knee problems. The house does have a ton of beds, and rooms that can accommodate a family in one room, plus the location is great for walking around Glasgow. We easily walked to the University, Museum, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Darren and Ryan were also very responsive for everything we needed.

Comfy Stay but more like an upmarket Air Bnb
Really nice hosts who are LGBT friendly and was given a massive room to myself and my only criticism is that there was not a television in the room and a kettle would have been nice too I was given directions to a good Lebanese restaurant nearby by my host and getting to the town centre was easy by the 6A bus from the nearby main road The property isn't really a traditional bed and breakfast room but more like rooms in someone's home like seen on rival website air bnb
