No Sheets unsanitary
When we first got here there were no sheets for the sofa bed.. I called to request some because my kids are not sleep on just a plan mattress especially with this COVID around.. Front desk acted like they dont know where sheets are and i insisted to figure something out.. She eventually did.. So halfway mark just for that..

Available during COVID ! On a cross-country trip during a difficult time. Suite made it easy and comfortable to pick up dinner and eat in. Nebraska City is home to the wonderful Arbor Day Farm, gardens open.

Though only a year old, the bathroom showed discoloration around the built in shower shelves. There was also very obvious residue where the shower base had been grouted. Around the toilet there was also residue of a bad seal or messy grouting.

All Holiday Inn Express hotels have a stack of USA Today papers. This one didn't. When I asked why, I was told their subscription had run out. An easy fix that should have been done. No warm cookies in the afternoon. Coffee in air pots in afternoon was luke warm. None of this was a big deal, but little things add up. Watch the details.
